A Friend of Mine I.T. structures each contract to accommodate individual clients. Maximizing the attention given to the client and contract. Inspections are carried out by fully equipped operation managers, to ascertain the effectiveness of the systems under contract whereby the client liaise with the clients appointed official.

Maintenance plans and time schedules are worked out and approved by the client, before implemented into the contract. All care is taken not to disrupt workflow, and if there is no option to avoid a disruption, to keep downtime to a minimum.

All staff are trained in various I.T. service fields, therefore producing a fast, effective and knowledgeable technician. All computer equipment used is ISO 9002 approved and carries warranties from reputable distributors.

A system report detailing all instructions, requests and finding per system inspection, as well as what corrective measures were taken to correct any problems found, is drawn up by the technician and signed off by the appointed contract official. On a monthly basis these reports are reconciled to produce a monthly report that is issued to the client at the close of each month.
